Letts-Lazor Agency has been a member of the Brunswick, Ohio business community since 1985.

The agency was started by Carl Letts, a former Nationwide Insurance claims representative/manager specializing in auto, home, commercial and bodily injury claims.

We’re not the biggest agency by far, but our committment to our clients is a top priority. From our initial meeting to your first claim we are involved every step of the way. Our staff strives to provide the latest industry insight and award winning customer service.

Sylvia Paragios joined our agency in 1996 and came from another agency that specialized in life insurance where she was an administrative assistant.

In 2018, the agency was purchased by the Lazor Agency located in Medina, Ohio. With the acquistion of the Letts Agency, the Letts-Lazor Agency is now part of one of the largest insurance agency’s in the entire State of Ohio providing insurance and investment services. Lazor Insurance has been located in Medina County since 1991.

We currently serve over 5,000 individuals, families, and businesses in the Northern Ohio area. The goal of our agency is professional, friendly and efficient service. The goal of our agents is to provide customers with the right coverage, competitive pricing and unmatched superior customer service.
